Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Titan Camping. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Process Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 4 business days. (Unless specified Otherwise) We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.
3. Shipping Locations
Shipping is provided to Australia
4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you.
We ship via Allied Express from our Sydney, NSW warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3–15 business days, depending on your location (faster for metro areas and nearby states, longer for rural destinations). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be use as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Whether delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
5. Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at Sales@titancamping.com
6. Missing or Lost Package
Titan Terrain does not provide compensation for delivered items that have been stolen. Please ensure there is a secure location in your premises for the parcel to be delivered or sign for the parcel upon receiving.
